Merseyside team achieve professional qualifications

A few days ago, some of our Merseyside team had their recent efforts recognised with a small, onsite awards ceremony.

All had recently completed professional qualifications or in house training courses and were commended by Managing Director, Stefan Weig, for their achievements.

Terri Lewis, Health and Safety Manager at Merseyside completed a Diploma in Health and Safety – Certified with NCRQ. Peter Newton, Factory Operator, Adrian Krol, Shift Supervisor and Tony Donaldson, Transport Manager all completed IOSH (Institute of Occupational Safety and health) with BSC. In addition, Adrian also completed the in house Leadership Development Course as did Jakub Brudzynski, Operations Manager – a course that has been rolled out across the Logson Group to all those with a leadership element to their role.

Stefan commented; “It’s great to be able to recognise what our team does to ensure we continue to deliver the highest standards to our customers, and that we also take care of each other from a Health and Safety perspective.

“We believe it’s important to invest in our team and encourage them to excel in their roles; ultimately everyone will benefit from their enhanced knowledge and professionalism.”
