Our team created a design from B200KT using a die-cut 0211 and creating an eye catching two colour flexographic print finish.
Innovatively, the waste on the inner flaps was used to create useful beer mats, tasting card and hanging sign – all useful usable products to the home brewers which are a bit of a novelty creating greater engagement with the brand.
The pack is compact and has good structural strength for shipping through ecommerce channels and communicates information clearly to the customer. The 2-colour flexographic print gives a striking look which helps stand out against the competition and the pop out sections, through innovative use of perforations, gives the box an added USP and something that appeals to their social media engagement.
Indeed, the launch of the pack garnered superb social media interaction. It was their ‘highest viewed video of 2024’. The pack has increased sales of this starter kit by 74%.
This was the first line designed and delivered for this new customer; however, we are now partnering with them to design and manufacture all elements of their corrugated packaging including more new and innovative designs to existing packs.
Benefits to customers include being able to open the pack easily, confidence in repeat orders as product arrives intact and undamaged and a positive unboxing experience that adds value to the user experience and the brand.
For our team, this was about creating a solution that supported online/ecommerce operations, designing a pack that engaged with the intended audience and customer base through social media, protected the product and met the sustainability requirements of both our customer and their end user.
