Sharing our group capabilities
12 May 2024
Boxes and Packaging has nine sites located across the UK.
Many sites have similar capabilities and machine portfolios, however some sites offer other services pertaining to skills and space such as stock and serve solutions and assembly operations.
From a customer perspective, no matter which sites takes care of your packaging requirements, customers are reassured of independently managed sites which facilitates quicker decision making, experienced teams as many of our colleagues have worked in the corrugated industry or been with the business for several years, and a fierce drive to champion corrugated as a packaging material and solution that is agile, flexible, and robust.
Whilst each site is managed by its own team, those teams fully understand the capabilities that other sites have, and they work together to find the perfect solution for each customer. And, should the unfortunate happen, such as a prolonged machinery breakdown, other sites have the same machines so that supply is not disrupted, and the customer fully supported.
This leads us on to how Boxes and Packaging also benefits from an even wider portfolio of support which bring even more benefits to our customers.
Part of the Logson Group

This means that customers can choose a single source packaging supplier which can meet a range of demands.
Being able to tap into the largest independent sheet feeder in the UK gives us great access to a huge range of board grades and types so that the solutions our teams design are supported by a robust supply chain.
Furthermore, the range of manufacturing machines the Logson Group has is formidable and is supplied by some of the leading brands in our industry such as BOBST, Dong Fang. Fuji, Nozomi and most recently, a new Weipong at Manchester.
Within that machinery portfolio the group has almost 50 die cutters, printers that can facilitate everything from simple one colour to large volume six colour print to smaller volume latest technology digital print and a range of finishing equipment for gluing, stapling and efficient materials handling lines to ensure timely despatch to the customer.
