UK Drinks Industry all boxed up

Most of our sites support drinks manufacturers across the UK, with certain sites specialising in particular types of packaging or for particular sectors, such as the UK Wine Industry.
From sophisticated gift packaging to outer transit boxes to assist product through UK, European and global supply chains there’s little wonder that our teams are well respected across the UK drinks sector for designing and manufacturing packaging that truly understands the demands of the sector and each individual customer.
Indeed, in just a matter of days, our Oxford team is exhibiting at Wine GB’s Vineyard and Winery show at the Kent Showground where we will be represented, as a preferred supplier, with other industry peers from agriculture, bottling and closures to name just a couple. In fact, every facet of the UK wine industry.
Currently valued at c £366m in 2022, the UK wine production industry, also grew by 14.9% in the same year which goes some way to showing how it is represented in the UK economy.
Jonathan Lewis, Managing Director, Boxes and Packaging (Oxford) has worked with UK wine producers for over ten years and commented; “I began working with some of the first wine producers in the UK, and since then have been delighted to see how much it has prospered and how UK wines are now well respected alongside those countries typically renowned for wine producing.
“Aligned with the evolution of the production part of the industry, the packaging that we create has also evolved and now forms a huge part of the brand and customer experience, something which our teams are highly skilled and experienced at delivering.”
