Why we’re walking all over Cancer this March

For the third year in a row, Team B&P, along with colleagues from Boxshop and Red Rose Packaging are taking part in the annual Cancer Research, Walk All Over Cancer.

The event, which sees thousands of people take part across the UK, asks those that take up the challenge to walk 10,000 steps each day during March and get people to sponsor them to do it!

To date, those that have participated have raised almost £30,000, and once again, our parent company will charity match everything that our people raise.

Stacey Austin, Regional Managing Director, commented; “Cancer is horrible, and it has probably affected someone we know, someone we love and may have been the reason why we have lost someone.

“This is why, even though we’re all busy, we’re hoping for as many team members to take part and help us vital funds for research.”

All those that take part will also have the chance to win one of two prizes, awarded to the person who raises the most money, and the person who takes the most steps during the month.
