A career that’s the perfect package

Careers in Packaging are many and varied with similar roles apparent in most of the businesses across our industry.

As far as Boxes and Packaging is concerned; we currently employ almost 500 people and this ranges from specialised manufacturing roles, to roles such as finance managers and designers.

Many of our employees have been with us for years, indeed it is not unusual to see a handful of employees having as many as 30 years’ service with the business as it has gone through various ownerships.

Similarly, we’ve been delighted to welcome a number of new employees since the beginning of the year across a range of roles from production operatives to site managers.

From apprentices to a group development programme there are opportunities to develop a career at all levels when the opportunities present themselves and for the right candidates.

The business is pleased to interact with the wider business community too and supports programmes created by local Chambers of Commerce and local councils to facilitate the engagement of our business with students in the town.

One such project is the Doncaster Promise; an agreement between business and education to support the borough’s plan; to build a growing, productive and inclusive local economy that will enable the delivery of high-quality Careers Education, Information, Advice and Guidance (CEIAG) and deliver a ‘curriculum of life’ giving businesses in Doncaster a future workforce that is ‘work ready’ and driven.
