Walk, run and cycle this September with us!

September is shaping up to be a busy charity challenge month for us! No less than three events are taking place to raise money for the participants chosen charities as part of the challenge issued to all sites earlier in the year where each site had to participate in one event, whether that was a bake sale or marathon!

Our Birmingham site will be undertaking a 30 km walk in the Peak District to raise money for The Friends of Penn Hall School.

Two members of the team from Dumbarton, Gavin O’ Malley and Beckie Darnell, are participating in the Glasgow half marathon.

Finally, our Northern Regional Managing Director Stacey Austin is cycling from the Merseyside factory to the Thorne Distribution Centre; the furthest west and furthest east of the North Region. He will be joined by colleagues on each stage of the ride.

Together, the participants are hoping to raise over £3,000 for their chosen charities.

“We ask all our colleagues, friends, suppliers and anyone else to support one of these amazing challenges that our team are taking part in,” said Stacey Austin Regional Managing Director Boxes and Packaging. “All that is raised will be matched by our parent company making it even more important that we raise as much as we can.
