Birmingham Accreditation Achieved

12 Jul 2018

ISO is a recognised quality accreditation that is renowned for being well respected and hard to earn.

Boxes and Packaging (Birmingham) has had this accreditation since 1994, to version ISO 9001:2008, but has recently been awarded the latest standard ISO 9001:2015 after a committed review programme of quality procedures at the site.

“This is a fantastic achievement and one which is richly deserved by the entire team who work hard to achieve the best levels of service, quality and safety,” said David Williams Managing Director Boxes and Packaging (Birmingham). “Co-ordinated by Emma Edwards, the review of our quality manual and procedures and this new accreditation, is a testament to her diligence and attention to detail which has been instrumental in driving forward the process to this successful result.”

ISO 9001:2015 specifies requirements for a quality management system for organisations across the globe and is an internationally recognised quality accreditation system.

It aims to ensure consistency is provided, statutory and regulatory requirements are met and adhered to, and that customer satisfaction is upheld in all elements of the business.

“Our team at Birmingham have all worked together and supported myself and Emma in our aims and aspirations to achieve updated ISO status,” said David. “It sends a very clear message to our customers that we aim high and strive for the highest standards in all we do.”
