Swindon Team Celebrate 30 Years in Business

We are proud to announce that our Swindon team will be celebrating 30 years in business on 1^st April!

The original box factory opened up at the original Boxes and Packaging (Swindon) site which was the first acquisition made by the Logson Group owners of Boxes and Packaging in July 2004. A move to a brand new site in March 2015, the current home of the business was necessary to allow further machinery investment and the opportunity to grow the business to its current £6.7m turnover.

“I am proud to have been at the helm of this business for 13 years, to have worked here for 29 years and to be part of Boxes and Packaging which has driven positive change and group consolidation,” said Paul Fishlock Managing Director Boxes and Packaging (Swindon) Ltd. “We have a truly fantastic team with many of the team clocking up long service awards and many working with us in excess of 15 years.”

Later this year another member of the team, Shirley Habgood, will be recognised for 25 years’ service – a fine accolade.

“Business remains positive with many exciting opportunities to be realised as we expand into new markets and continue to highlight the benefits of corrugated as consumers and businesses move to more environmentally aware packaging solutions,” said Paul. “I look forward to the guiding the business into its next 30 years and to our ongoing success.”
