Northern Powerhouse Creation Sees Leadership Changes

12 Jan 2018

As Boxes and Packaging continues to prosper a new Northern region team has been created to ensure a cohesive approach to customers across the North of England.

The region, which encompasses Liverpool, Manchester and Doncaster, will be managed by Regional Managing Director Stacey Austin who has been promoted from his role as Managing Director of the Doncaster site and who brings 25 years of industry experience to this newly created position.

Stuart Clarke has made the move from Birmingham to Doncaster and will now be Managing Director for the £10m South Yorkshire operation which encompasses a bespoke distribution centre.

Stacey Austin commented; “The creation of a Northern region will allow us to work together to ensure customers, old and new, benefit from a cohesive and strategic approach to delivering bespoke packaging solutions. The new challenges for myself and Stuart will be exciting and we look forward to a strong and prosperous year across the region.”

Stacey will assume responsibility for the strategic direction of the businesses both independently and cohesively and will drive forward growth, prosperity and profitability from the current £25m portfolio.

Ideally placed across the M62 corridor, the three sites operate from coast to coast, from the North East to Cumbria, from North Wales to Lincolnshire.

Adept at transit packaging, supply chain solutions, POS packaging and a huge variety of corrugated packaging designs the teams are renowned for their professionalism and experience.

Stuart’s role at Birmingham is being fulfilled by newly appointed Managing Director, David Williams, who joined the Boxes and Packaging team towards the end of last year.
