Boxes and Packaging Receives Four UK Packaging Awards Nominations

We are delighted to announce that teams from three sites across the Boxes and Packaging Group have been shortlisted at the UK Packaging Awards 2016, along with a Group nomination for Packaging Company of the Year.

Boxes and Packaging has been named finalist in the following categories;

– Supply Chain Solution of the Year – Avery Berkel Scales Pack
– Corrugated Retail Ready and Point of Sale – Magiboard Pack
– Corrugated Online Retail and Consumer Goods – Hambledon Champagne Pack

Gavin Richardson, CEO at Boxes and Packaging commented; “We are delighted to have been recognised by the judges for our design capabilities and as a collective business. We are looking forward to attending the award ceremony as its showcases the design and innovation within the packaging industry.”

The judging panel featured heads of packaging and senior packaging experts from a wide range of household-name brands and retailers, as well as consumer research, finance and business experts. Some of the organisations represented on the judging panel include; Coca-Cola Marks & Spencer, Tesco and Innocent.

The UK Packaging Awards prides itself on the level of expertise of its judging panel, and this year they once again put together a panel of the most influential experts in packaging development, design and business to judge the award entries.

The UK Packaging Awards winners will be announced at the Grosvenor House Hotel, Park Lane on the 27 October 2016.
