Boxes and Packaging to open new Doncaster facility

Boxes and Packaging (Doncaster) Ltd, are expanding their facilities and have leased a 52,160 sq. ft. unit at Thorne Park on a 10 year lease, on completion of landlord works due at the end of September 2015. The unit comprises a modern industrial/warehouse unit of steel portal frame construction.
A joint venture development by Henry Boot Developments, Thorne Park is situated at Junction 6 on the M18 and offers unrivalled access to the motorway and railway networks. Boxes and Packaging will join other businesses planned for the park, which has available over 150,000 sq. ft. of prime new build/industrial and warehouse due for completion in Autumn 2015.
Tim Burn, Project Manager for Henry Boot Developments Ltd, said “We are excited that Boxes and Packaging are to expand its Doncaster operations to the newly refurbished industrial unit at Thorne Park. We aim to offer the highest quality operational accommodation and we believe Thorne Park provides this. There is already significant interest in the other new units, which are due for completion in September.”
