Boxes and Packaging Manchester complete National Three Peak Challenge

Fourteen employees from the Boxes and Packaging Manchester team have recently completed the National Three Peaks Challenge raising over £2,140 for The Christie and St Anne’s Hospices in Stockport.

The Three Peaks Challenge involves climbing the three highest peaks in England, Wales and Scotland – Scafell Pike, Snowdon and Ben Nevis, within a 24 hour period. This was a combined total of 3,407 metres! The challenge was to climb Ben Nevis, Sca Fell and Snowdon one after the other which incorporated driving 1000 miles in a mini bus.

Managing Director, Gary Hargreaves, said: “I think the challenge was a great way for the team to come together for a great cause. It was hard work, but the team spirit got us all through and made it a really enjoyable experience all round. So much so, that we have recently completed the Yorkshire Three Peaks Challenge to keep us in training for next year!”
