Amazing amounts raised for chosen charities

Well, what can we say! September has been our best month so far as staff have tackled personal challenges and raised amazing amounts of money for their chosen charities.

We started the month with the team at Boxes and Packaging (Birmingham) doing a 30km walk in the Peak District for The Friends of Penn Hall School, the school which one of the teams child attends, and which forms an important part of the community.

Then, our Northern Regional MD cycled from the most westerly to most easterly site in his region in one day, taking friends and colleagues with him along the way and smashing his fundraising target for Parkinson’s UK.

Finally, two members of the team from Boxes and Packaging (Dumbarton) tackled the Glasgow Half Marathon in rather autumnal weather conditions for Alzheimer Scotland.

Together they have raised in excess of £3000 with donations still coming in. Each individual amount, for each chosen charity, will be matched by the group company.
