The capabilities of corrugated are often not appreciated fully and it is only when we seek opportunities to redesign existing packaging solutions that customers are truly staggered by what it can deliver.

For one customer, we were required to create an interchangeable corrugated range for executive furniture, which was to replicate the quality of the brand, enhance brand visibility and deliver a robust supply chain solution.

Our newly designed pack meant that it was easier to fill on the production line, was able to withstand the rigours of dispatch and transit and instilled confidence with our customer that choosing their first entirely corrugated packaging solution was the right thing to do.

A creative design ensured that irregular shaped products were protected and a printed overlapping sleeve created quad-wall protection on two faces providing ample strength reinforcing the packs integrity at critical locations. Major challenges perceived by our client in terms of product weight and diversity were easily overcome by our team as we drew on our extensive knowledge of corrugated packaging and its capabilities, strength and performance within supply chain situations.
